Kulinarisches Our region, in the southern part of the state of Baden-Württemberg, is famed for being “Germany’s Tuscany”, in terms of both its climate and its local cuisine.

We naturally feel duty-bound, as professional hoteliers, to live up to this reputation.
We take a dim view of such things as deep-fat fryers and flavour enhancers, opting instead for the fine, natural flavour of freshly-prepared produce.

We offer both quality and expertise in our field.

We likewise do not resort to the supermarket when it comes to wine,
and select only the top-quality produce of various growing areas.
